product arrived earlier than expected and was packaged well... however, either we are doing something wrong or this product is awful. it was easy to hook up and check to see if it was working properly... but, 3 of the 4 cameras didn't work properly and it wasn't in color, it was in black and white. it did have a good black and white image, but it was supposed to be in color... we are sending it back. will post an update when all this is straightened out.
